FreeChat.cc is a mixed chat server consisting of teenagers and adults, due to this we have a number of chat rooms for different age groups, obviously the teen and adult chat rooms will not have the same rules. Below are the 'chat server' rules. These are the chat rules that applet to EVERY chat room on the server, all except for the chat rooms that are privately owned by a users.
